According to the 2022 WWF Living Planet Report, one million animal and plant species are now threatened with extinction, with several already extinct. The Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy is dedicated to fighting extinction and conserving species diversity worldwide through conservation, education, and research.
You can give to the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy in many ways – through single or monthly recurring donations, adopting a Toronto Zoo animal, hosting your own fundraiser, and giving in memory or tribute. No matter how you choose to give, you can make an impact for wildlife and wild spaces.
Gift in Kind:
Donating physical items (gifts in kind) can be a wonderful way to support your Toronto Zoo. In-kind donation offers should be submitted in writing to wildlifeconservancy@torontozoo.ca with a description of the item and a photo, if possible.

This fan-favourite virtual event is hosted bi-annually in the Spring and Fall.
Did you know that painting is a form of enrichment for animals? Non-toxic paint and canvases are offered as a form of voluntary sensory enrichment that not only results in beautiful works of art but enriches the lives of the Zoo’s animals by providing them with play enrichment and novel sensory experiences. Artwork will vary from auction to auction, and we cannot take specific animal requests. Animal artwork is not for sale and is available only through auction.
